Facilities and Resources

The school is set on five acres and surrounded by many native trees and plants. In 2010, the school underwent a major renovation as a result of the Federal Government’s BER Project. This project included the building of a new hall and administration area and major refurbishment of existing classrooms.  The four single storey buildings currently house seven classrooms, a Library, an Art/Craft room, a Reading Recovery room, 2 Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Atria, which are used by both school and parish, a Staffroom, a Literacy Resource room, an Office/Admin/Sick Bay area and a large hall with full kitchen facilities. There are networked computers in every classroom, with wireless access to the internet and email. The students also have access to a variety of devices.  Each classroom is fully heated and air-conditioned. Classrooms and the corridor in the Loretto Building have recently been updated and there are plans for ongoing refurbishment of the school facilities.

The grounds encompass ample playing areas of an oval, adventure playground equipment, sand pit area and one large asphalted area, which enable netball, basketball, newcombe and T-ball to be played.
